Qualifications
Must be energetic, impressionable, and possess an ability to quickly adapt to during the course of a conversation with a potential new customer. Well spoken. Must be capable of maintaining real-time data on a CRM. Must be willing to work from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM every business day. Must effectively communicate with members of CREST's sales team, sales support personnel, and operations. Must have a minimum of three (3) years sales experience. Ability to work with Windows Office products.

General duties include:
Phone calls to customers, follow-up and promotional emails to customers, and communication of qualified leads to Regional Sales Executive and/or the Director of Sales.

Additional Duties
• Potentially coordinate special marketing projects
• Work closely with Director of Business Development on upkeep of CREST's CRM
• Produce reports for management
• Potentially meet with prospective customers in person
• Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys and document response from exisiting customers
