Inside Sales Executive
Qualifications
Must be energetic, impressionable, and possess an ability to quickly adapt to during the course of a conversation with a potential new customer. Well spoken. Must be capable of maintaining real-time data on a CRM. Must be willing to work from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM every business day. Must effectively communicate with members of CREST's sales team, sales support personnel, and operations. Must have a minimum of three (3) years sales experience. Ability to work with Windows Office products.
General duties include:
Phone calls to customers, follow-up and promotional emails to customers, and communication of qualified leads to Regional Sales Executive and/or the Director of Sales.
- Additional Duties
- Potentially coordinate special marketing projects
- Work closely with Director of Business Development on upkeep of CREST's CRM
- Produce reports for management
- Potentially meet with prospective customers in person
- Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys and document response from exisiting customers

Radiology Service Technician III
Radiology Technician Level III must have a minimum Associate Degree in Electronics/Imaging Technology or equivalent, to include military, OEM training or industry recognized technical training program. Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical equipment service industry. Duties typically include the repair, preventative maintenance, and calibration of diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy equipment in the hospital to insure the safety, serviceability, and accuracy of equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients without supervision. Level III Technicians must specialize in one or more modalities of Imaging.
Provides clear and concise communication with facility personnel in regards to equipment PM and Repair status. Performs documentation in the Computerized Maintenance Management Software.

Minimum Account Representative Level II experience. Associates Degree and 2 years prior management experience or equivalent. Proven leadership ability to supervise and manage up to two employees. Must possess proven knowledge of CREST Services Administrative and Operational Policy and Procedures. Must have the experience and ability to work with senior level client leadership including as well as C level personnel all while exhibiting a high level of confidence. Duties include managing and oversight off all day to day operations of a 2 to 3 man account and/or multiple locations. This is a technical position performing safety testing, preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of general biomedical equipment without supervision. Provides mentoring and training to current staff for the purpose of developing specialists and leaders for CREST. Provides professional and knowledgeable representation of CREST Services in client meetings and committees. Has excellent communication skills both written and oral. Oversight of Computerized Maintenance Management Software.
